Alma R. Liggett, 91, of Moline, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at Aspen Health and Rehab in Silvis. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in East Moline. Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. Monday at Schroder Mortuary in Silvis. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens in East Moline. Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church in East Moline. She was born Nov. 1, 1921, in Arkansas City, Kan., to Cary and Alma Elizabeth Bangerter Warhurst. She married Clarence "Joe" Liggett Sept. 23, 1945, in Lexington, Mo. He passed away March 8, 1996. She worked as an office manager for several years at SS Kresge's. She was a lifelong member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in East Moline, where she was president of Martha's Circle and helped with VBS, the altar guild and the church newsletter. Survivor include her daughter, Ruth M. Kronfeld, Moline; grandchildren, Keith B. Kronfeld, Pearland, Texas, Neil B. Kronfeld, Miami, Fla.; great-grandchildren, Konner C-L Kronfeld, Pearland, Alexandria J. Kronfeld, Pembroke Pines, Fla., Carrissa M. Kronfeld, Pembroke Pines; and brother, Harry W. Warhurst, Moline. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Wallace and Elmer Warhurst.
