Miss Barbara I. Logan, 66, of Silvis, departed this life March 20, 2017, at Genesis Medical Center, Silvis.
Visitation will be 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Schroder Mortuary in Silvis and cremation rites will follow.
Barbara was born Oct. 24, 1950, in Louisville, Ky., the daughter of Mr. Arthur and Charlotte Logan. She came to Christ at an early age and was a member of St. Paul Baptist Church in Kentucky. She loved to help people as she loved the Lord.
Survivors include her children, Valencia Metcalf, Rock Island, Daphne Reese, Maryland, and Anthony Fidis, California; grandchildren, Morris, Martin, Gretchen and Renee, all of California; great-granddaughter, Marley, California; siblings, Anita Johnson, Moline, LaYondia Azerot, Estelle (Bill) Logan, Mildred Brooks, Robert (Satoyia) Rolark and Winfred Rolark, all of Louisville; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; son, Wayne Fidis; and a brother.
Missed but never forgotten. Loved always.
