Betty Harbaugh, 83, of Silvis, passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Schroder Mortuary in Silvis. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. today at the mortuary. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens in East Moline. Memorials may be made to the family.
Betty was born Dec. 2, 1928, in Moline, the daughter of James Jr. and Leah Hipskind King. She married John Harbaugh in 1952.
Betty currently worked at Hawkeye in Silvis and previously had worked at Wareco in East Moline and A1 Rental in Moline. She also ran the Osco Tap.
Survivors include her children, Kevin (Kristi), Osco, Kerry (Cherie), East Moline, Kreg, Silvis, and Kelly (Pete) Mullesch, Silvis; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Margie Jamison and Pat Reschke.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents.
