Betty L. Kincaid, 81, of East Moline, passed away Sept. 25, 2015, at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Christ United Methodist Church, East Moline, where she was a member. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Schroder Mortuary, Silvis. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, Hope Creek Care Center or Christ United Methodist Church. Betty was born May 21, 1934, in Geneseo, the daughter of Vern Sr. and Alice Bessant Cobb. She married George Kincaid on Sept. 24, 1955, in Geneseo. Betty was a secretary at the Rock Island Arsenal, retiring in 1999. She was a member of the Rainbow Girls Club in Geneseo, was an avid Cubs and Mallards fan and enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, George; children, Kathryn Killion, East Moline, Keith (Linda) Kincaid, Moline, and Jayne (Stan) Cooper, Geneseo; grandchildren, Holly (Jim) Van Vlymen, Macomb, Anne (Phil) Randall, Orion, Brandon Klavine, Geneseo, twins Chase and Aksel Kincaid, Moline, and Jack Cooper, Geneseo; great-grandchildren, twins Luke and Logan Van Vlymen, Macomb; special nephew, Troy (Emily) Johnston and their children, Lauren and Aiden, Dunkirk, Md.
