Beverly Seidlitz

Beverly J. Seidlitz, 84, of Silvis, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2011, at Illini Restorative Care Center, Silvis.

Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Schroder Mortuary, Silvis. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the family.

Beverly was born March 6, 1927, in Moline, the daughter of Arthur and Gladys Hughes Bicknell. She married Donald J. Seidlitz in 1950. He passed away in 1977.

Beverly was a homemaker and later worked for John Deere. She was a warm, caring person that loved life. She loved being with her family and enjoyed watching them grow. She loved being a part of their lives. Her smile and beautiful blue eyes could light up a room.

Beverly is survived by her son, Thomas Seidlitz, Las Vegas, Nev.; daughter, Carol (Gunter) Terronez, Silvis; grandchildren, Melissa (Jaime) Terronez, Silvis, Justin Terronez, Silvis, and Michelle (Warren) Hensman, Oregon; great-grandchildren, Alejandro Terronez, Silvis, Octavio Terronez Munoz, Silvis, Liam Hensman, Oregon, and Nolan Hensman, Oregon; sister, Clarice Carrier, Morton, Ill.; sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Bicknell and Betty Seidlitz, both of Moline; nephews, Brian (Gena) Bicknell, Batavia, Ill., Craig Carrier, Morton, and Bill Seidlitz, West Liberty, Iowa; nieces, Sandra Fredrick, LeClaire, Sharon Koenig, Oregon, Wis., Cheryl DeDoncker, East Moline, and Susan McLaughlin, Bettendorf.
