Clifford Speckman

Clifford Rudolph Speckman, 71, of East Moline, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 16, 2024. He suffered a very short battle with cancer and was in hospice at Hope Creek for his last days. There were frequent visits from family and friends despite his disapproval and not wanting to be fussed over. 

Cliff was born August 19, 1952 in Moline, IL, the son of Jack and Mary Anne (St. John) Speckman. He is survived by his mother, Mary Anne Sodeman, step-father, Jack Jordan (Phyllis), his children Ian Speckman (Brooke) and Rachael Speckman, grandchildren Tucker, Gunner, Gwen and Jalen and siblings, Michelle Speckman (Darren Evans), Kevin Jordan (Shari), Chris Jordan, Stephanie Officer (Brian), Traci Jordan, and Danielle Jordan (Matt Moroney). He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Speckman, and siblings Jacqueline Virnig and Darren Jordan.  

In true Cliff fashion, he asked that no services be held. A small gathering for family and friends to remember and share stories will be held at a future time.
