Curtis Pratt

Curtis E. Pratt, 85, of East Moline, passed away Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014, at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Schroder Mortuary, Silvis, with visitation one hour before service time. Burial will be at Rock Island National Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the family. Curtis was born July 23, 1929, in Florence, Ala. He served in the United States Marine Corps. He married Dorothy Giles on Aug. 4, 1950, in Moline. She passed away July 21, 2004. Curtis retired from John Deere Harvester. Survivors include his sons Greg Pratt, Dixon, Ill., and Steven Pratt, Viola; grandchildren, Derek, Stephanie and Kaitlyn; and one great-grandchild.
