Debra Martin

Debra "Deb" G. King-Martin, 63, of Milan passed away Wednesday August 20, 2014 at Trinity Rock Island. Funeral services will be 1pm Monday at Schroder Mortuary in Silvis with visitation 2 hours prior to service time. Burial will be at Hampton Township Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Deb was born Oct. 14, 1950 in Moline, IL the daughter of Wendell F. and Bonnie Hufford King. She married Laurence G. Martin May 26, 2000 in East Moline. Deb worked as a social worker in Illinois retiring after more than 20 years. She enjoyed reading and playing BINGO. She loved spending time with her family and her dogs. Survivors include her husband Laurence; son Robert (Tami) Bringolf; daughter Alesha Bringolf and brother Bob (Sue) King. Deb was preceded in death by her parents.
