Diane M. Webb, 70, of Rock Island, passed away June 12, 2012, at Trinity Rock Island.
A memorial service will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. July 4, at her daughter's home, 539 24th Ave., Rock Island. Schroder Mortuary in Silvis is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials may be made to the family.
Diane was born July 4, 1941, in Moline, the daughter of Paul E. Benner. She married James Webb on Oct. 24, 1964. He passed away Nov. 6, 2009.
She was a past member of the Milan American Legion Auxiliary and enjoyed crocheting, watching birds and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughter, Celeste Lovett, Rock Island; sons, Jay Webb, Moline, and Kevin M. Benner, Davenport; brothers, Gary Neels, Brunswick, Ga., and Ronald Neels, Davenport; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Diane was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James; daughter, Patricia; sisters, Pamela and Deborah; brothers, Victor and Walter Neels; and a granddaughter, Carrie Benner.
