Dwayne Brown

Dwayne Eugene Brown, 60, of Moline, died Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013, at UnityPoint Health-Trinity Rock Island. Funeral services will be noon Tuesday at Schroder Mortuary, Silvis. Visitation will be two hours before service time. Burial will be at Dayton Corners Cemetery, Colona. Memorials may be made to the family. Dwayne was born Feb. 7, 1953, in Sullivan, Mo., to Wilbur and Imogene Bridgeman Brown. He married Deborah Shull on June 3, 1971, in Sullivan. Dwayne was a lead man for Honeywell Industries in Rock Island for 23 years. He enjoyed watching football and was an avid Bears fan. He also enjoyed NASCAR, fishing, camping and going on long drives. He is survived by his wife, Deborah; mother, Imogene Brown, Silvis; children, Ryan Brown and Jeanette Brown, both of Moline, Nick (Mandy) Brown, Coal Valley, and Kevin (Anita) Brown, Colona; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and siblings, Brenda Yanez, Silvis, Keith (Cheryl) Brown, Geneseo, Sharon Tijerina, East Moline, and Tim (Sue) Brown, Viola.
