Frank E. Tinsman, 83, of Moline, died Sunday, March 25, 2012, at Trinity Rock Island.
A memorial service will be at a later date. Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.
He was born April 4, 1928, in Eddyville, Neb., to Wilton and Mary Storms Tinsman.
Frank was a retired machine operator for Case IH.
He enjoyed playing horseshoes, shuffleboard and going to the casino. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Green Bay Packers fan.
Survivors include his significant other of 32 years, Margaret Massengarb, Moline, and her children, Carolyn Peterson, Cheryl Opsal, Harvey Massengarb, Eileen Roberts and Evelyn Malone; daughter, Renee Dean, Annawan; sons, David, Wichita, Kan., Keith, Avon, Ind., and Steve, Laurel Hill, Fla.; 18 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Peg, Maxine, Bill, Howard, Wilton and Albert.
