Gordon Howard

Gordon R. Howard, 63, of Port Byron, died Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis. Memorial visitation is noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at Schroder Mortuary, Silvis. Memorials go to the family. He was born Dec. 27, 1948, in Rock Island, to Donald and Ida Mae Witt Howard. Me married Nola Hesser on Oct. 23, 1992, in Rock Island. Survivors include his wife; children, Nikki Howard, Port Byron, and Eric Howard, Moline; and grandson, Robert Howard, Rock Island. He was preceded in death by his parents.
