Jeri G. Wells

Jeri G. Wells, 84, of Silvis passed away January 14, 2023 at Hope Creek Care Center.

A memorial visitation will be 4-7pm Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Schroder Mortuary in Silvis. Graveside services will be 10am Friday at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.

Jeri was born November 3, 1938 in Moline, IL the daughter of John and Georgina (Bonte) Hubbs. She worked as a secretary at Buddy L. Toy Company, H&H Awning, and MidWest Refrigeration Service. She also worked at John Deere Headquarters in the janitorial department and was self-employed running her own cleaning company. Jeri was a hard worker and enjoyed being social and watching game shows. She loved taking care of her family.

Survivors include her children Karla Wells, Kammy Wells, Kraig Wells, and Kelan (Tonya) Wells; grandchildren Jack Wells, David Lee, Adam Wells, Mia Nino, Jamie Medina, Lakin Wells, and Jena Wells; great grandchildren Alexis, Anjelena, Destiny, Gia, Alyvia, Lilly, Lyam, Remi arriving in a few weeks and one more on the way.

Jeri was preceded in death by her parents, brothers John, James, and Joel Hubbs, son Kevin, and a granddaughter Olivia.
