Judith Versluis

Judith A. Versluis, 79, of Silvis passed away June 16, 2021 at Genesis Medical Center Illini Campus.

Per her wishes she will be cremated and there will be no services. Schroder Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.

Judith was born September 16, 1941 in Moline, IL the daughter of Richard and Audrey Summitt Kight. She married Lawrence in 1962. He passed away March 31, 2010. She enjoyed ceramics, knitting, and crocheting.

Survivors include her children Kenneth “Ken” (Bobbie) Versluis of Viola and Penny Park of Silvis; grandchildren Berke, Bailey, Noah, Jacob, Justin Young, Jessica Young-Brown, and Cole Young; great grandchildren Isla and Everly; sister Dottie Pettyjohn and a close friend Kelly.

Judith was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a sister Mary Kenady.
