Judy Richardson, 70, of Colona, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2012, at her home.
Per her wishes there will be no services, and cremation rites will be accorded.
Judy was born April 21, 1941, in Moline, the daughter of John Dewey and Zelda Pogue Thurber. She married Ralph Richardson Feb. 2, 1980. Ralph and Judy both worked and retired from Alcoa. Judy was a card lady. If you knew her, you received a card from her.
Survivors include her husband, Ralph; sons, Ted, Todd and Troy Taylor; stepson, Alan Richardson; brother, the Rev. Jerry (Betty) Thurber; sisters Joan (Einer) Lanzen, Jean (Bob) McLead and Beverly Jennings; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jack Therber and the Rev. Bill Therber; sister, Joyce Sheppard; and three grandchildren.
