Louella Troutwine, 85, of Colona, died Thursday, July 19, 2012, at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis.
Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Schroder Mortuary, Colona. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to service time on Monday at the mortuary. Burial will be at Dayton Corners Cemetery, Colona. Memorials may be made to the family.
She was born Oct. 26, 1926, in Boone, Iowa, to Ira and Nellie Mae Larrew Hartman. She married Harley Troutwine on Oct. 26, 1946, in Troy, Kan. He died Jan. 26, 2002.
Louella was a homemaker. She was a member of Church of the Nazarene, Colona. She loved going to church and enjoyed dancing.
Survivors (and spouses) include her children, Sharon (Mike) Peterson, Alpha, Karen (Bill) Stacy, Kewanee, Pat Troutwine, Colona, Michael Troutwine, Rock Island; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Irene Jones, Evansdale, Iowa, and Iva Carrier, Waterloo, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her husband; sons, Russell and David; two sisters; and one brother.
