Mary Anna "Mary" Bruckman, 50, of Colona passed away Thursday, May 17, 2012, at her home in Colona.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Schroder Mortuary, Colona. Visitation will be 1-3 Sunday at the mortuary. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the family.
Mary was born Jan. 10, 1962, in Moline, the daughter of Hollis and E. Willyne Andrews Johnson. She married Shane Bruckman on Oct. 18, 2008, in Milan. Mary was employed at John Deere Davenport Works. She loved horses and fishing. She was an inspiration to others with specific needs. Mary especially loved spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Shane, Colona; children, Joshua Johnson, Prophetstown, Richy Hanson, Moline, Ryan Hanson, Colona, Andy Bruckman, East Moline and Ashley Bruckman, Moline; eight grandchildren and one on the way; sister, Shirley Holden of Arizona; brothers, Dana Johnson, East Moline, Dwylan Johnson, Texas, and Walter B. Johnson, Silvis. She was preceded in death by her parents.
