Monty Sims

Monty Sims, 48, of Silvis, passed away Sunday, Nov. 10, 2013, at Genesis Medical Center, Silvis. There will be no services, and he will be cremated. Monty was born on Oct. 19, 1965, in Silvis, the son of Charles and Evanell Sides Sims. Survivors include his sister, Sharon Sims, Colona; and brothers, Charles, East Moline, Glen, Sacraments, Calif., and Roger, Calico Rock, Ark. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Patricia Sims.
