Patsy Skiles Grafton, 72, of Colona, passed away Friday, May 6, 2011, at Illini Restorative Care Center, Silvis.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Schroder Mortuary, Colona. Visitation will be 4-7 Monday at the mortuary. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Moline. Memorials may be made to the family.
Patsy was born April 11, 1939, in Rushville, Ill., the daughter of Ali and Marjorie Trone Skiles. She married Donald Grafton Feb. 12, 1993, in Hampton.
Patsy worked for 25 years at Happy Haven in Silvis and later worked at Chenoweth's Home for the Elderly in Colona. She enjoyed playing cards, camping, and fishing.
Survivors include her husband, Donald; children, Terrie (Tom) Crawford, Frank (Jennifer) Harrington, Melissa Harrington, Gail Anderson, and Todd (Lisa) Harrington; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; siblings, Larry (Donna) Skiles, Sandy (Darrel) Parks, Steve (Pam) Chenoweth, Rondell (Denise) Chenoweth, Helen Chenoweth and Ronnie Blagden; and a sister-in-law, Diane Skiles.
Patsy was preceded in death by her mother, Marjorie Chenoweth; sister, Shirley Dwyer; brothers, Richie Skiles and Richard Chenoweth; and a grandson, Cody Harrington.
