Patsy Joe Webb, 77, of Port Byron, passed away Thursday, Sept. 20, 2012, at her home.
Pat was born June 30, 1935, in Faye, Okla., to Mel and Mattie Phipps. She married Jim Webb in East Moline, Sept. 22, 1951. They moved to Port Byron in 1972. Patsy was a member of the Silvis United Methodist Church, the Silvis Garden Club, and always belonged to a card club.
Pat was preceded in death by her husband Jim and an infant daughter.
She leaves behind children, Dennis (Terry), Mercer, Mo., Debby Snyder (Chris), Fresno, Calif., and Darryl (Nan, who was always like a daughter), Moline; five granddaughters, Jessica, Elizabeth, Andrea, Kara, and MacKenzie; two grandsons, Greg and Josh; 10 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Tom (Betty) Phipps, Preemption.
