Patti Meinert

Patti J. Meinert, 60, of LeClaire, passed away Thursday, Aug. 28, 2014, at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf. A memorial service will be 6 p.m. Sunday at First Presbyterian Church, LeClaire. Private burial will be at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House. Patti was born Feb. 18, 1954, in Davenport, the daughter of Norman and Patsy Buttgen Meinert. She loved working as a cosmotologist and was the manager of Bo Rics in Davenport. She was a sign language interpreter at Bettendorf Christian Church and enjoyed mission trips to Costa Rica. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her sons, Jeff (Lisa) Bagdonas and Josh (Melinda) Bagdonas, both of LeClaire; grandchildren, Lyndsay, Lillie, Mikayla, Alyvia, Grace, Hannah, Caleb, Lucas and Rebecca; great-grandson, Logyn; and siblings, Pamela Ballinger, Aberdine, Md., Susan Rodgers, Rock Island, and Howard Meinert, Davenport. Patti was preceded in death by her parents.
