Patty L. Taylor

Patty L. Taylor, 77, of Moline passed away June 8, 2024 at her home. 

Visitation will be 4-7pm Thursday at Schroder Mortuary in Silvis. Cremation rites will follow. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family. 

Patty was born March 2, 1947 in Cody, Wyoming, the daughter of William and Alta Adminin. She married John “Jack” Taylor on February 12, 1968 in Tucson, AZ. Patty was a bus aide for Riverdale School District 100 in Port Byron from August 1994 – April 2011. She also babysat for several local families. She was a member of GWTA, Port Byron American Legion Auxiliary, and Port Byron Congregational Church. Patty enjoyed plastic canvas crafting and traveling the country with her husband on their Goldwing. 

Survivors include her husband Jack: daughters Rochelle Plumb and Tracy (John) Elder; grandson Gavin Elder, and siblings Ben Bronnenburg, Donna Downey, and a sister. 

Patty was preceded in death by her parents and 6 siblings.
