Reba Turner

Reba A. Turner, 84, of Carbon Cliff, died Thursday, Nov. 13, 2014, at Rosewood Care Center in East Moline. Services will be private. Burial will be at Rock Island National Cemetery. She was born July 21, 1930, in Squire, Mo., to Mat and Myrtle Miller Morrison. She married Paul Turner on Sept. 18, 1947, in Heartville, Mo. He passed away Dec. 12, 2000. Reba enjoyed yard work, going to yard sales and spending time with her family. Survivors include her children, Annette (Randy) Barr, East Moline, Doris (Ted) VanDeWoestyne, Carbon Cliff, Judy (Don) Johnson, Willow Springs, Mo., Paulette (Randy) Miller, Kaiser, Mo., Rita (Jim) Stanley, Pomona, Mo., Gary (JoAnn) Turner, Orange, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul; and her siblings.
