Sandra K. Jacobs

Sandra K. Jacobs, 72, of Moline passed away May 26, 2023 at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Friday at Schroder Mortuary, Colona with visitation from 11:30am to service time. Casual dress is encouraged. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude’s.

Sandra was born January 9, 1951 in Peoria, IL the daughter of Bernard and Norma (Allison) Holzinger. She married Roger Jacobs May 6, 1993 in Moline, IL. She worked for Woolworth’s when she was younger and worked at Village Inn in Moline for over 40 years. Sandra was a member of Central Plains Shelby Auto Club and enjoyed reading, working puzzles, and going to the casino with her best friends.

Survivors include her husband Roger; children Shelly (Gene) VanDyke, Justin (Beth) White; step children Roger (Karen) Jacobs, Michael Jacobs, Nick (Arielle) Jacobs, and Jason (Gabi) Jacobs; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and siblings Sherry (Ed) Boden, Robert (Claire) Holzinger, and Sue (Dave) DeDecker.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Steven and Charles Holzinger.
