Tracy Butler

Tracy Ellen Butler, 51, of Silvis was called home to be with her parents Philip and Delores on May 25, 2021. She fought courageously against her illness that progressed rapidly until her body was too weakened to continue.

A memorial visitation will be 3-5pm Thursday, June 3, 2021 at Schroder Mortuary in Silvis. Memorials may be made to her children.

Tracy was born October 15, 1969 in Davenport, IA to Maria Terronez “Momma Beata” and later adopted by Philip and Delores Hess Blodgett. She married Timothy Butler and enjoyed listening to music, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends. She always put her family first and would do anything she could for her kids and grandkids. Tracy’s vibrant personality will be dearly missed by her family and friends and she’ll be remembered for her love for Elvis and her cat Snooki Marie.

Survivors include her son Marcus Brown (Sissy), daughter Marisa Butler (Andrew); grandchildren Elexia and Thalia; siblings Mary, Ralph, Lisa, Ann, Silvia, Raquel, Gabino Jr., and Rick and Momma Beata

Tracy was preceded in death by her parents, Phil and Delores, grandparents, sisters Christina and Peggy and her dog Molly.
