Travis Sherrod, 53, of Rock Island, formerly of Louisville, Miss., passed away on Sept. 14, 2012, at Trinity Rock Island.
Wake service are from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 19, at Schroder Mortuary, Silvis. Interment will be in Louisville, Miss.
He is survived by his brother, Nathaniel (Renee) Sherrod, Rock Island; sister, Bernice Berry; two daughters, Renay Sherrod and Tammy Hogan; six grandchildren; special cousin, Eugene Sherrod Sr.; special nieces, Deondra Watson, LaKeesha Davis and Ymesa Martin; and special friends, Cecil and Julie Bates, Betty Murphy-Thomas, Shelton Morgan and Charles Thompson.
