Wanda McBride

Wanda D. McBride, 66, of Moline passed away January 29, 2020 at her home.

Funeral services will be 2pm Tuesday at Schroder Mortuary in Colona with visitation 2 hours prior to service time. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens in East Moline. Memorials may be made to the family.

Wanda was born February 9, 1953 in Rock Island, IL the daughter of Daniel and Hattie Guyton O’Mary. She worked several years at Metropolitan Laboratories in the Quad Cities and S&K Sales in Virginia. Wanda enjoyed cooking, cleaning and taking care of others.

Survivors include her son Kenneth (Deanna) McBride of Moline; grandchildren Derrick, Austin, Benjamin, and Ashley; great grandchildren Bella, Jackson, and Ayden; siblings David O’Mary, Mary (David) VanSpeybroeck, Grady (Debbi) O’Mary, Debbie Buxbaum, and many nieces and nephews.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, brother Daniel O’Mary and a nephew Christopher VanSpeybroeck.
