William A. Redell, 76, of Silvis, passed away Sunday, Dec. 4, 2011, at his home.

William was born May 23, 1935, in Springhill, Ill., the son of Albert and Cecelia Yepsen Redell. He served in the Air Force. He worked at John Deere Harvester and also trimmed trees.
Survivors include his sister, Arlene Thurmond, Prophetstown; two daughters, Cindy and Brandy; and many nieces and nephews.
